I have started making my own household cleaners, which I find are not only cheaper, but work better, so I have become inspired to make more homemade products, and I know several of you ladies do so already.  What sites or books do you recommend?  

And what do you use to mop?  My house still smells like vinegar and I mopped yesterday morning.b

I believe that you can soak citrus peels in the vinegar mixture to help with the smell. You only have to leave the peels in for about a day.
