bathroom terms

When DD moved into her new room I over heard the teacher ask one of the kids if they went cockie, I'm really not a fan of the term but I didn't say anything.  Now DDs saying it, do you think it's a common enough term that I need to let it go or would you also be upset if your LO was saying that?

It might seem stupid, but I wouldn't be happy if my son came home saying that. I understand that every child will be taught something different to call it, but I think the teacher should be saying something more along the lines of what it really is...poop

I've never heard that term before.  I wouldn't really want my child using it.

After having worked in a childcare center, I would prefer kids use proper terminology, not slang or baby talk. Even if they called it a BM or just poop I would prefer 100 times over cockie.
