NWMR - rest time for stomach virus

DD, 21 months, has a stomach virus.  It looks like Rotavirus: diarrhea, diaper rash, lack of appetite, and very low energy.  She also vomited a lot last night and once around 4 am.  Vomiting has stopped (knock on wood!) and she's resisting food and electrolyte replacement liquid less.  I'm very lucky; this is the first time she's had such a virus.  DH stayed home with her this am and now I'm home from work....we're both surprised by how much she's sleeping: 3+ hours this morning and she's been napping again for over an hour.  She usually naps for about 2 hours during the day.

How much time should I expect her to sleep during the day?

I'm thinking we have a 2-4 more days of recovery too. Does this sound right?

Thanks!
