Let's play a game. It's called "If I Were My Doctor (or Midwife)" and then write what you would think about you as a patient. Here's mine:
If I were my doctor, I'd think "oh no, not that crazy lady" when I saw me walk in the office. Case in point, all week I have been under the impression my appointment was at 10 am. I go to the office at 10 am and everything is as usual. Come home and two hours later look at my calendar to see the appointment was really for 9:20 am. Those poor people deserve a really good thank you gift from me.
Re: Game - If I were my doctor
I am sure my doctor hates that I am wanting a natural birth, and probably wishes I would STFU, stop consulting my doula for advice and let her do all the medical intervention stuff she wants to.

I have also had a very uneventful pregnancy. Come in, give urine, get BP taken, get weighed, OB comes in for maybe 3 minutes and we are done!
I think the only reason she remembers me is I bring DS for every appointment. He LOVES the doppler. My

The hospital I go through has rotating Dr's so I see a different one every visit, then get whoever is working the day I deliver. So I don't see them very often. And I have had an uneventful pregnancy, and my last one was 5 years ago, so they don't real
She probably thinks "Can't this girl go anywhere by herself!?!!?" b/c my DH has insisted on coming to all of my appointments (except for the 2 I got papped at - I told him he needed to take a pass on those!)
I don't think that's necessary but i
