Hi -
Please share your eating and napping schedule for your 11-12 month olds. I am curious because my almost 11 month old daughters habits/schedule are starting to change a little (have been pretty consistent since 9 month) and I want to get an idea about what other mothers are doing. I also believe she is starting to wean herself....she is very uninterested in her afternoon nursing session in particular so I am wondering if I should drop at one and start just nursing her 3 times a day instead of 4.
Thanks!
Re: Eating and napping schedule for 11 month old?
Breakfast when they wake up ~7am usually oatmeal cereal + yogurt or fruit
then 6oz bottle for DD and 7oz bottle for DS sometimes right after breakfast..sometimes one hour later. DD is 35th percentile and DS is 80th percentile. She doesn't always finish her bottles, he does!
They go down for a nap around 10-1030am... They will sleep 35min to 2 hours (average is 1hr15-30min)
Lunch at noon. We're slow to do table food, so we do a jar of stage 3 baby food + 6 oz bottle at lunch
I've been giving them a 4 oz bottle between 3-4pm before their afternoon nap. They go down between 3-4pm for their afternoon nap. This can also be 35min-2 hours. If they're still asleep at 6pm, I wake them up.
We do another jar of stage 3 food when they wake up from their 2nd nap.
7pm we start their bedtime bottles and I give them both 8 oz and they go to bed at 8pm.
they can sleep 8pm-7am, but DD sometimes wakes up 1x/night now. We've been trying to let her CIO but sometimes I give up and just bring her to bed with us....
They also get yogurt melts, puffs, crunchies for snacks throughout the day.

6:30 wake up, nurse
7:30 breakfast
8:30 nurse & morning nap, usually waking around 10:00ish
1:00 lunch
2:00 nurse & afternoon nap, usually waking around 3:30ish
4:15 nursing snack (sometimes he needs this sometimes he doesn't)
6:00 dinner

All the in between time is playing and doing activities, like practicing new skills, wacthing tv (More like it's on in the background), reading books, doing puzzles, exploring the house, running quick errands etc. etc.
I'm not too much of a schedule Nazi...we follow it loosely. I try to read his cues as best as I can. I can't wait until the weather is nicer and we can get outside to pass the time. Looking forward to more walks, playground time and that sort of stuff!
