Need twin advice

I'm 29 weeks pregnant with boy girl twins and they are my first any moms out there with some advice on raising them loosing all the baby weight or just stuff you think i should know and another question did any of you take the 3 hour glucose test and throw it up?

I don?t have any advice on raising twins yet as I am still pregnant. 

As far as the 3 hour glucose test, I had to do it with my first pregnancy and almost threw-up the entire 3 hours. It was terrible. I wasn?t sick my entire pregnancy but that test was so difficult for me to get through. The lab tech told me if I threw-up I would have to do it all over again another day. I camped out in the waiting room and put two chairs together to lay down in between the blood draws. I got some side-eyes from some of the people waiting (the staff, however, was very understanding with me) but I managed not to throw-up!

Don't be afraid to ask for help. I was really stubborn in the beginning thinking that I wouldn't need help, but I gave in and asked my mom for help. She has been such a help. My boys are really good babies and I still need a lot of help

This is a LOADED post.

As far as raising them goes.  Get as much sleep as you can, even if it means letting housework go.  Your main priority should be the babies and they will suck all the energy out of you the first few months.  Don't get me wrong, it is an amazing time, but very tiring.

Losing the baby weight... I didn't worry about this until I stopped BF, which was around 5 months.  If you try to lose the weight prior to weaning there is a very good chance that your supply will be affected.  Honestly, you are going to be a very busy lady and I think losing the weight will take a back seat for awhile.

Regarding the glucose test, I did the 2 hour and it went fine.

Thanks everyone : and I'm looking into alternative glucose tests cuz I heard there's a few cuz the glucola just doesn't agree with me
