I can't really get behind any of those girl names, but a I suppose I'd choose Kylia. It sounds pretty. Second choice would be Taylor. I don't like the random Y in Dillyn.
I understand Dylan and Taylor have crossed over to the "unisex" side, but I don't find either of them to be especially feminine or pretty.
Which puts me in the Kylia camp, but I would spell it the traditional way - Kelia. There's really no reason to insert random y's in words. If you were writing a letter to someone, and you wanted them to take you seriously, you would never insert random y's into words, so I'm not sure why someone would do that with a person's name. If you like y's, there are plenty of names that legitimately have y's in there. You could even go with Kylie instead of Kylia.
Your boys names are great, although, in fairness, I prefer Devon to Deven. Deven looks (and is) misspelled and your son will spend a lifetime correcting people and documents.
Can you just hit the reset button on the girl names? I am not fond of Taylor as a girl name, Dillyn is both masculine and bizarrely misspelled, and Kylia sounds made up.
As for your boy names, they're NMS, but Dane and Derek are okay. Deven also looks misspelled and is close enough to Derek that it's confusing without actually honoring your DH if that's the point.

Re: we can't seem to agree...
