Ordering Trigger

Where do you normally purchase your HCG Trigger? I know there are some online pharmacies I've seen mentioned here, but I'm not sure if I have time to order. I misunderstood at my CD3 u/s because I thought I'd be purchasing the trigger at the office when I come in for mid-cycle. Instead I have to bring it in with me and today is CD11. Eeek! How did I mess up already!

Do local places like Walgreens, CVS, or Walmart keep this kind of thing in stock? 

UPDATE: I talked to my RE's office and they connected me with a fantastic local-ish pharmacy (1 hour away) that specializes in fertility meds. They were wonderful to work with and its only going to be $63 (no ins)! I decided to have them overnight it so I'm not worried about it coming too late, and that was only $10 more. Whew I feel better now.

I took my RX to Rite Aid but they had to order it, I think it was there in the afternoon the following day. They didn't have it in stock.

I've heard great things about Freedom Fertility. But, I just called our local CVS to see if they had it in stock. They did, so I just stopped in with my RX.

I also get all my injectables from freedom fertility. Super easy and they can ship overnight.

I have insurance so CVS caremark is who I order through - I place order over phone and they deliver next day. Most here order from freedom fertility - they overnight it.

Ok I'm glad to hear Freedon fertility overnights it. Question for those who use this pharmacy: is this what I need to purchase?

HCG Inj 10000U (Price without 300IU FSH or 10+ Menopur vials in 2012 is $89.90 per vial. Both prices require enrollment in HEART program.) 

Essentially I'm saying that I don't know what any of that means in the parenthese. This below is exactly what my prescription says:

 HCG 10,000 IU

Dispense : 1 vial

Sig: 10000 IU I.M.

I just got the call from Walgreens Specialty that my hcg will ship today and be here tomorrow.  With my progesterone supps, my total was around $65.  I think their hcg injection is around $59 OOP.
