AW: I'm an auntie!

My brother's GF had their little boy yesterday via c/s. When she went in to get checked and they were going to induce, they discovered that his umbilical cord had slipped underneath of his head. So incredibly lucky they found out before she went into labor. My brother is calling him their miracle baby, and he is an absolute sweetheart. Also, he has more hair than DD!! Which is saying something. I also think it's super cool that he and DD both have middle names after our paternal grandparents. They are going to have so much fun together when they get big.

Aw, yay!!! Congrats to you on becoming and Auntie, and congrats to your brother and his SO for their new addition   I was an Auntie before I was a Mommy to DS -- it's so neat!  And, the idea that they will get to grow up together is awesome!! I have 2 nephews -- 5 and 3 -- so young enough where when DS gets a little bigger they will still all be able to play together!! Even now just seeing my nephews interact with DS is so awesome!! SO much love !!

This! Glad everything turned out great, and yay for cousins around the same age (I was the middle one, between two sister cousins, and I loved it! One was a year older, one was a year younger :] )

Aw, congratulations! I didn't realize you we're going to be an Auntie so soon! How fun... I'm so glad that baby is safe and that Miss E will have a cousin so close in age :] I was the only girl in my family, and my brothers and cousins were older, by at least 4 years. I spent a lot of time with my Aunts and Grandma.
