Glad I found this board!!

Hi everyone!

I'm kind of new to all of these boards and I have never looked at any others than my birth month. So glad I decided to see what else was out there, this is exactly the kind of board I need to be part of.

I'm pregnant with my first baby due late June. SO has two daughters, 3 and 5, from a previous marriage. I've been in the picture since they were under a year and 1.5.

Just thought I'd leave a note saying how excited I am to know I am not the only one out there in a blended family situation!! I hope you all don't mind if I post and ask some questions also

i know what you mean! my SO has a 5 y/o girl and so do i, both from previous relationships! its nice to know that there are other people going through the same things

Welcome! What does your visitation/custody schedule look like with the girls? And congratulations with your LO on the way!

We have them Friday night until Monday night. Everything is pretty much 50/50. His ex is a whack job but we all get alone and know when to keep our mouths shut! Lol

Welcome, and glad to see an intro that doesn't immediately delve off into BM drama. Wonderful to have you!

How old are your SDs btw? Being around early does make a difference, I think. I have been around since my SD was barely 2, and I think it has made a huge difference, especially considering somenof the things we have gone through with her.

They are 5 and 3.5.. I'm not into the whole drama thing so hopefully my posts will not involve too much BM drama! I can't promise though ;D
