I really want a Reese peanut butter cup. Should I not eat that? Is chocolate really that bad? I don't eat it everyday I'm really wanting one right now...
It is ok to give into your cravings. Now if you were going to try and eat an entire bag of chips in one sitting I may side eye you a bit. Cravings are a part of pregnancy and they are ok to feed into.
It's 5:30am and I just got home from an 11hr bar tending shift I covered at a friends bar. Somewhere around 4am I started craving boxed mac and cheese. Currently my noodles are boiling haha I have to say I bought the Annies natural version and not the Kraft electric orange garbage but still. Cravings are no joke. Giving into the reese's every once in a while is ok.
I'm 12w 1d pregnant and definitely gave into my reeses peanut buttercup craving yesterday. Now I'm craving this chicken salad sandwich at a nearby restaurant but have read mixed info about it being bad during pregnancy.

Well my husband wouldn't go get my Reeses last night. I was devastated lol I woke up early in the morning to go potty I had 2 huge bags of them with a little note that said "your sweet like candy, wake me with a chocolate kiss" so corny but totally cute! I won't be eating 2 bags though. Thanks ladies

My Ovulation Chart
Chocolate is OK...just don't go eating a ton. (or eating/drinking a lot of stuff with caffeine)

I am having more aversions than cravings at this point. Problem being, if I don't eat every hour, I feel like I'm gonna toss my cookies.
Solution: I eat what I am craving - even if its pizza everyday. I make sure I take my flintstones. And I get my butt to the gym.
