my supply has officaly started to go down

I started pumping only 2 times a day and stopped taking my fenugreek and tea... well this afternoon after 12 hours of not pumping i only got 4oz instead of the 8 or 9 i was getting.. my boobs were so soft too...

 

it's what i want; but at the same time it's sad
