How much are you feeing your 7mo old?

I have been feeding my 7 month old son solids for about 2 months now. He eats one stage one food a day with about a table spoon of rice cereal or oatmeal. I am concerned that it might not be enough food. He doesn't shy away from the spoon but I feel like I may over feed him if I don't stop.

I offer LO solids twice a day. For a little while she'd polish off 1oz of avocado or rice cereal real quick but now she's back to 3 bites or so of whatever the food is then done.
