The last couple days my calves have felt like rocks! They are swollen and hard, and walking after lunch, it feels like shin splints. Anyone else? Remedies? I'm 35.5 weeks...
Water and elevate your feet as much as you can. I have a box under my desk for this purpose. When you get home, put your feet up. You can also try massage therapy. Just be sure the RMT is trained specifically in prenatal massage, especially if they're going to be massaging your legs.
