I did. I don't remember my dose, and I don't know much about dosage in general. But my midwife gave me great reassurance about taking necessary medication. If you are going to expose yourself and LO to any med, make sure it's enough to work. Otherwise what would be the point in any exposure? In other words, don't "baby size" your dose if its not effective.
And I certainly don't imply to take more than you need either.
