LOOONG naps

So the last few days, my LO has been taking long naps during the day and I think it's disrupting her sleep at night. Should I wake her up?

I'm afraid she's gonna flip her days/nights.

She's also got a bit of a cold...maybe just really tired?

She was up most the night, and has been sleeping now for almost four hours!

Yes i would wake her up.....

I dont let naps go longer than 2 hrs and feed every 3 hours...full feedings, not snacking, it makes the world of diff at night

Personally, I wouldn't.  I'm all about letting babies find their appropriate schedule.  I think they know best what their bodies need at this point, but you know your baby better than I do.
