Doctor's appt

I just got back and she said I am almost at a 2 and 30 percent effaced. I guess the EPO maypossibly be working, or either that, my body knows it's my fourth baby and getting ready. I hope labor happens in the next week or two, bc I'm miserable.

I went to the Dr. Tuesday and i was not effaced at all and only 1cm dilated.  went back today and i was still only 1cm but i was 50%effaced. only thing different i have done was lots of walking and the evening primrose oil. whether it actually is working, i have no clue, but it could not hurt!

Yea, that's what my doc says about the EPO; it couldn't hurt. Maybe we will have more action next Thursday at my next appointment. I just joined the YMCA out here bc it's right near my house, so I'm gonna use the heck out of their treadmill.
