Joovy Caboose Ultralight question *nvmd*

We bought a used Joovy Caboose Ultralight and just need to buy the car seat adapter bar for it. My question is that the red car seat strap that holds the seat in place - is that the ONLY red strap that's on the car seat? Because we do have that part if so, but the previous owner didn't know. Just need to know if I also need to order the red strap to hold the car seat in place too..
