Back pain?

I'm 2 days out of my d&c. This is really the first day I've been up and moving around since it, but I have horrible lower back pain. Anyone else have this before? I don't want to call my dr if its nothing-which is what I'm assuming. I have a heating pad on it now and took Advil. Just wondering if its normal :)

    I had my DnC on Friday. I had no pain at all no spotting. Then Sunday night my lower back was very uncomfortable. Took aleve helped a little was like that a day or two and now fine.
    Do have some spotting today.
    I heard back pain was common so I was not worried.
