Blood pressure question

I just called my Dr. because my blood pressures have been elevated all night even though I am resting and drinking fluids. The nurse that I spoke with left it up to me as to whether or not to go to labor and delivery. My question is, for those of you with blood pressure issues what number did your doctor tell you to go in at. Mine has been 140 -150 over 88-98 for over 5 hours now. Anyone have any input?

my doctor said if I got multiple, consistent readings of 140/90 and above for either numbers, I need to head over to LD. I would go to LD just to be safe.

I have pre-e and my OB told me to call if the top number was over 160 or the bottom number was above 105. Hope this helps and your BP goes down.

This is what my doc said. So far, I've been hovering just below this but, bp has been creeping up.
