Custom Tickers help

How do I get these? I found where to get the URL code, but then what do I do with it? Thanks, I'm not tech savvy at all!!

    Click on "My Bump" (green and upper left-hand side of your screen); then click "Edit my Avatar & Sig"; then scroll down to the signature section and paste the URL code in.

    I think I had to hit save about 10 times for it to work when I added my ticker. Just keep hitting save.
