So the bump's weekly email said to limit BM or formula intake to 16 to 24 ounces and give additional water if baby is still thirsty. Why? My peanut is in the zero percentile and still drinks 30 oz of EBM a day from bottles when I work. No way am I cutting back!
That's awful advice. I'm not sure about other pediatricians but mine says that my baby still needs between 30-36 ounces of breastmilk or formula a day. The Bump has some pretty iffy advice. I wouldn't cut back at all.
Re: Limiting bottle feeds
Agreed!
