Hi there, and a very happy birthday to little Miss Emmy.

 

I remember a few years back, you doing the chocolate fountains at work.  Do you recall what chocolate you used and if you mixed it with oil. I looking for an alternative to not using oil in the mixture.

We used regular Nestle chocolate chips and oil.  It was a lot of oil but it's what the instructions said.  We also did white chocolate chips and that was so hard to do.  It came out kinda chunky and didn't flow as well.
