Yay! Invest in some good baby gates that stay on the wall, but have a section that swings open when you step on the button on the bottom.

Baby gates, will do! We're moving into our new home in a few weeks, there are like a bajillion sets of stairs inside! (House up on a hill) Oy Vey!

This is quite a lovely game.  And it gets more fun as they get more mobile.

Yesterday's surprise was throwing anything and everything in the bathroom into the toilet within 2 minutes...

Toilet locks were purchased last night...

Thanks for all the tips! Its all happening too fast. He just turned 7 months this weekend, and on Saturday pulled himself up to stand, and today the real moving forward cross crawling started. We just met a baby at the park who is 9 months old and she was walking, the dad said she started walking at 8 months. I'm crossing my fingers for that not to happen haha

The upside is that the more moblie LOs get, the easier they are to tire out.

Worst mom ever...I haven't put baby gates up anywhere. Actually, nothing in our home is baby proofed. 

Tiny fell down the stairs once and now he steers clear of them. Luckily we have carpeted stairs, and its only 5 stairs down the landing and 5 stairs down to the main level.
