Yesterday afternoon I has some very light brown on the toilet paper after a BM (sorry, TMI). About an hour later I had some very light pink on the paper after going to tinkle. No cramping, just some pulling of the muscles that I already called doctor about. I waited another hour and was really freaked out. I spoke to my doctor and he said that since it was so light, no cramping, and because I've had two ultrasounds and have seen the heartbeat that he is not concerned at all. He said that my risk goes from 20% to 1% after seeing the heartbeat. He said that if I wanted reassurance to come in today to check the heartbeat, but he isn't worried. My DH agreed with him, but I just want to run to the OB and get it checked. My hubby thinks it would be a waste of time and money. I have not had any pink or brown anything since then.
I am scheduled for the first tri screening and a level 2 ultrasound (because I am 36) in two weeks. I just don't think I can wait that long to find out if everything is ok. Any advice?

I posted a bit farther down. I'm 5W3D and I started spotting last night. I had a very intense cramp in the middle of my abdomen about an hour before I went to the bathroom and saw dark brown tinge on the TP.
I had a dull achey feeling for the rest of the night. I'm still spotting today and I even saw some dark brown/black 'sediment' in the toilet after peeing today. The RN at the OB's office said it's too early to do an US, we wouldn't see anything, but they sent me for a beta and I have to repeat it on Wednesday to see if the pregnancy is progressing normally.
I don't really have the cramping anymore, but I still have the dark brown/blackish tinges on the TP with some of the 'sediment' in the toilet.
The RN said this is fairly common and usually harmless, and to call if I had worsening cramps, clots or red blood.
