Verocose Veins

I have a family history of massive verocose veins after child birth. Any tips on how to keep these down to a minimum?

    Staying off your feet, wearing special socks or stockings, talk to your doctor. I have a family history as well. I didn't have any issues with either of my pregnancies. But it its something your worried about then definetly talk to your doctor.
