I hope LO doesn't starve....

I can't keep anything down today. Not breakfast, not lunch. Every time I passed a Mcdonald's today even looking at it turned my stomach. I'm concerned because my morning sickness is only getting worse instead of better--and I'm almost 13 weeks. Should I be worried? I don't want to eat ANYTHING. I have no desire to eat right now even though I've thrown up everything but I'm also worried about tator tot starving in there. :( i don't know what to do. For lunch I couldn't eat so I had a smoothie instead...but even the smoothie came back up. Ugh, I just don't know...I took some zofran, i hope that helps. What's something that's easy to keep down besides crackers?

  • On a different thread someone had mentioned that their doctor advised them to try drinking pickle juice.  She said the vinegar could settle the stomach.

  • LO wont starve trust me.

When my beyy is crappy I have some pickles or my fav right now is garlic stuffed olives. I had a few of the olives and I started feeling a lot better.

  • Have you tried extra B6?? My midwife recommended adding B6 and I was shocked that my very expensive prenatal vitamin contains NONE! Garden of Life in case ya wondered. It seems to help. Also, the pickle juice trick is great. It's the acid that helps calm the stomach and digest food more rapidly AND also makes B6 more readily available! Good luck! I totally know exactly how ya feel...rice has become my latest favorite...
