Jamaica travel

I am traveling to Jamaica with lo so she can meet her grandparents when she is three months. I need travel tips and gear suggestions, stroller, sleeper etc.

I would do a little research and find out what you'll have access to in the area you'll be staying. Are there stores nearby where you can purchase diapers, wipes, formula, and other baby items? If you can get diapers there, it saves a lot of room in your suitcase.  Is the local water safe or do you need to find bottled or filtered? Think about the items you use w/ LO everyday and how you will make it work in a different location.

I would bring a carrier or wrap and wear LO as much as possible to elimate need for stroller. I would bring the carseat for the plane b/c holding her the whole time will get tiring and it will be nice to have for the car/ bus/ train when you get there.

Absolutely bring anything she needs to fall asleep and any comfort objects that soothe her for the fussy times. At least one outfit for each day, plus 3-4 extra. I'm guessing Jamaica is pretty warm year-round so things like sunscreen, hats, long-sleeves, and bug spray may also be necessary.

Definitely check w/ pedi before making plans and ask about any vaccines she may need.
