Solution for Veggie Aversion!

I just had to share...I'm at 9 weeks now I've had the worst veggie aversion recently. I feel bad because I haven't been eating as healthy as I always imagined I would and should. Anyway, I just had a can of Country Vegetable Soup and feel victorious! Big Smile  (BTW, I read online Muir Glen cans are BPA free so that's the brand I tried.) Oh, just don't smell it before you heat it up! That almost stopped me in my tracks!

Hopefully it'll help you ladies with veggie aversions!

  • I eat one of my kids fruit/veggie pouches. Veggies pureed

  • Good ideas!  I've been making faux cheeseburgers with Morningstar veggie patties and eating their veggie breakfast sausage too....they're both pretty tasty and I feel like I'm sneaking in a few veggies at least

  • I've started drinking the Green Machine Naked juice blend-- there's all kinds of good stuff in there and it's actually pretty yummy!

  • I would also try Naked Green Machine! As someone who hates green veggies this is a blessing. It has broccoli, wheat grass, and a few other green veggies. Plus it tastes amazing! I drink it alone, or put a cup in a blender when I make smoothies. Speaking of smoothies.. Throw some spinach in one!! Can't taste a thing!
