DX: Hypothyroidism (2004) & Possible PCOS (2/2012)
CD3 b/w: Elevated LH:FSH ratio HSG: All clear! Y-shaped Uterus; SA: Normal
Round 1 of Clomid (50mg) 8/28-9/1: BFP!
BFP #1: 9/23/12 Edd: 6/4/2013. M/C 9/28/12 @ 4w4d
Round 2 of Clomid (100mg) 10/3-10/7: BFP!
BFP #2: 11/3/12 Edd: 7/16/2013. mmc discovered at 18w2d (our baby girl stopped developing at 15w3d due to Down's Syndrome). d&e 2/15/13
3/28/13: "quite a few" uterine polyps and scar tissue discovered.
Hysteroscopy (4/16/13): Polyps, Scar Tissue removed. Septate confirmed & removed.
Appt with new RE 5/30/13
Surprise BFP (with no treatment!) 6/30/13
Our perfect little boy was born 3/11/14 - 9lbs 2oz, 21 1/4"

Hi everyone --
It is with a heavy heart that I'm even here (again). But here's my story:
DH & I started TTC #1 in November, 2011. After 9 months of long cycles, we started seeing an RE. After all the tests, it was discovered that I Had an elevated LH:FSH ratio.
Round 1 of clomid was successful. I lost this baby very early (details in my siggy). Because it was so early, the doctor was ok with us trying again the next month. We did another round of clomid with success.
My pregnancy was going well. All of the betas I had were great. I was on a progesterone supplement until 12 weeks. Our 12 week ultrasound was amazing. Our little baby had a strong heartbeat and even waved to us. I thought for sure this was going to be our little take home rainbow baby.
Last weekend, I kept having bad thoughts. Like something was going to go wrong. Or something was wrong. I brushed it off as PgAL brain. But when I kept having these thoughts Monday, I decided to go to the doctor Tuesday, just to get peace of mind. Or at least, that's what I was hoping for.
The doctor couldn't find the hb with the doppler. She got an ultrasound machine but wasn't sure if she could see the hb or not. She told me she was concerned because she was pushing on my stomach to try to get the baby to move and it wasn't. So, she sent me to the hospital to get a better ultrasound.
My worst fears were realized when the tech started measuring the baby and they were coming up at 15 1/2 weeks.I was 18w2d Tuesday. I knew after the first measurement our baby was gone. I started crying immediately. After the tech confirmed what I already knew, my husband just grabbed me and we cried together.
D&E
was done yesterday and physically I feel fine. But emotionally, of
course, I am a wreck. We won't know any test results until next
month.More testing on me won't happen for 8 weeks or so.
I'm gonna lurk for a while, maybe chime in here and there. But obviously we won't be able to TTC for at least a month or two. We can't have sex until I have a follow up appt in 3-4 weeks and at that time, we'll talk about when we can ttc again and all of that.

DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA
October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos
November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues. Converted to freeze all due to lining issues. 2 blasts frozen on day 6!
January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues
April 2015: FET #2.1

I am so sorry for your loss. Take as much time to grieve as you need and we are all here for you. Also, the TTCAL ladies are amazing and there are (unfortunately) many IFers there as well.
