Hey ladies!! Is anyone familiar with any prenatal yoga locations in or around the north hills that offer day time classes??? Please let me know! I appreciate it!

North HIlls has a SchoolHouse Yoga class on saturdays?   just goggle School House Yoga and PGH and you'll find it.

Thank you! I actually attended it yesterday with my sister in law and loved it. Wish it was offered more than once a week tho!

Fitwell Studios (https://fitwellstudios.com/home.html) has prenatal yoga classes in the North Hills every season for 6 weeks, I think. I was going to sign up for the Winter 2013 one that just started but wanted to check with my midwife first. I definitely would like to do the Spring session when they announce it!
