Kids' music that won't make you crazy

DD loves singing songs, but the only "kids" music we have is Raffi. Not that I have anything against Raffi, per se, but if I have to listen to Baby Beluga one more time I won't be responsible for my actions.

I like the kids' classical station, but it's not something she can really sing along to. I want to get her some good sing-along songs for her birthday in a few weeks. Any suggestions? What do you listen to?

Jack Johnson did the sound track to the Curious George Movie a while back and that one is pretty good.  Also Bare Naked Ladies and We Might Be Giants also have good kid cds out that the music is tolerable.

Laurie Berkner is great for kids!!! I work for a non profit preschool and the teachers and kids love her songs. Check them out on youtube. :

You might check out Caspar Babypants.  I haven't heard them personally, but I've heard really good things.

I like Elizabeth Mitchell. Her songs are catchy so I can easily learn them and sing them to DD when she gets upset and we're walking the halls.

I got on app on my Android tablet (though it's probably available for iWhatevers, too) called Songza, which basically has LOADS of playlists for whatever mood you might be in/what you're doing/genre/etc. They have some kid-and-adult friendly ones I really like... stuff from They Might Be Giants, Disney classics (like Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and The Jungle Book) and other stuff. I find I want to listen to those playlists more than the ones meant for me!
