AW - LOOK what I did for Valentine's Day!!!!

DH's gift to me for Valentine's Day was for us to use finger paint to paint "portraits" of each other to hang in the baby's room. The only rules were that we couldn't see each other's paintings until we were both finished. I am the least crafty person in the universe but it was so fun!!!

    Isn't it fun?? DH prefaced it with "this is something out of the norm for us. It will be out of your comfort zone." and I was like uhhhhhh should I be calling the cops? But it was something I liked :)

    It was so much fun!! I highly recommend that everyone steals it and posts pictures of the results.

    I actually had DD fingerpaint her first "picture" for DH as her Valentine to him (and from me, too, hee hee).  It was definitely just a bunch of squiggles, but she loved it.  And ohhh was a bath needed for sure afterwards.

    Aww, that's really cute! DH has a finger painting from his nieces when they were toddlers that we're hanging in the baby's room, too.

    o this is such an awesomely amazing idea! I just may have to borrow this idea as well! Too cute and when the baby gets older will definitely appreciate the personal touch :)
