Anyone notice a change in their belly

Did anyone notice a change in the shape of their belly right before they went into labor?  I woke up today, and the baby dropped about a week ago. But today my stomach looks more narrow and long than it does round.  It's like he is streamlining himself to get ready...or it could be my wishful thinking lol.  I just was wondering if anyone noticed anything different a couple of days or the day before they went into labor.

DS engaged a couple days before my water broke, I noticed a huge difference.   I was shocked when they said he hadn't dropped any farther.
