I just asked my work how long my maternity leave will be. She said 3 months! I don't qualify for FMLA cause I just started in Oct, so I was thinking maybe 8 weeks. I'm soooo happy! I told her I'd come back earlier if they needed me, of course. It will also be 70% of my pay because I elected for the extra short term disability.
