So I talked to the ob nurse and basically "I need to eat even if I'm not hungry because it's good for the baby." No duh but oh well she was not helpful and no help on the rib pain issue either.
Eh, I mean, how much "not eating" are we talking about? Are you not eating at all? If you're eating but get full easily, work on getting the most bang for your buck when you DO eat.. Cottage cheese, peanut butter, 1 egg, half a sandwich with veggies and avocado, etc. Have a glass of milk in the evening or a small yogurt. It's not like your baby is going to starve (make sure you're taking your vitamins and keeping up with your hydration).

I agree, I wouldn't force yourself to eat large amounts. Just try to get a few nutrient dense mini meals in when you can. I have days when my stomach gets full instantly so I just eat a bit and in a couple hours I can usually eat some more.
