These are just 2 out of our many fur babies. Yesterday they got a real treat and enjoyed playing in the 9 inches of snow we got here in the Texas Panhandle. I know that isnt anything compared to you ladies up north last week but it sure was a blessing for us. I just love animals and so I thought if I shared some of mine then you ladies would join in and share yours. The Aussie's name is Beau and the Pit is Daisy!

is the long haired one an aussie?

Yes he is! He is my miracle dog. When he was 8 wks I was in the horse corral halter breaking one of my green colts and the horse spooked. I had no clue the pup wandered in where I was and the horse stepped on his right front leg and ripped all of the hide from his leg! Sorry I know that is graphic!. The vet said he may never really use the leg and the fur may never grow back but it did and he is good as gold! He has one blue eye and one brown and one of the smartest dogs I have ever met!

We don't have a fur baby, but we are watching my parents' this week. This is Sadie, the lady. She will turn 1 year on the same day that my husband and I celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary!

Awww! I love Aussies they are beautiful and smart! We were raised with them our whole lives-- if we ever get another dog, I'm definitely going back to my Aussie roots Wink

For you Aussie Lovers..This was Beau when he was a baby! Right before his accident. I fell instantly in love with him when I saw the pic of him the first time and heartbroken when the breeder told me someone else was interested in him first...I offered her more than her original price and she let me come pick him up the next day! We share the same Birthday!

They are adorable but i had to giggle at the picture since they are brittany spaniels...long story short my name is Brittany and my husband bought a sticker to put on the back of his jeep that has a pic of the brittany spaniel on it and reads I LOVE MY BRITTANY!!!!! he thinks he is funny...lol
