Babymoon: Vacation during pregnancy. [Poll]

We did a big trip before DD was born, but now that we have a toddler, a babymoon is not in the plans for us this time.

There is no option for my situation cause I am interested. My FI is a sous chef and busy season ends in the summer. So no baby moon and we don't plan on anything once the baby is here. Blah! I want to go to Savannah so badly. It just won't happen.

I'm taking a babymoon without DH He bought DS and I tickets to go see my parents back in CA next month. I haven't seen them since last June. Can't wait for the spoiling to begin!

Babymoon? With 2 kids already, I'm lucky if I get a date night once every 6 months. Babymoon. ha.

We booked our cruise that we are going on next week well over a year ago.

We had a 10 day honeymoon in July and got KU in Sept.  We are thinking of doing a long weekend to somewhere close (maybe Philly, or something like that) in April.

I put trip after arrival... We will be going to family lakefront property by Labor Day. And we've already been invited to a wedding in early fall, so my Dad and Baby will travel up with us (Baby will not attend- Grampa time!) so feeding/sleeping schedule won't get thrown off. I've been way too sick for a Babymoon. Maybe we'll do a day in NYC... but that's about it.

We did a mini babymoon type thing with DS, but have no plans for travel with this kiddo.

We usually go away for our anniversary ... I suspect we will still do that and call it a babymoon

Mine weren't really any of those. No one will watch our kids if we decided to have a baby moon. They are 4 and 2 but ds1 has health issues so that's why no one will take him over night.

When we were pregnant with DD, we went to Florida for four days for our Babymoon.

This time, since we have a toddler, we are going for a long weekend away to Great Wolf Lodge, which is an indoor waterpark/hotel/etc.

It's more DD this time, but I am looking forward to relaxing while DH chases her around the pool

We went to Hawaii in October, got home and found out I was pregnant. No need for a babymoon, that was kind of it.

We'll probably do a long weekend (or two) in the spring, but DD will be with DH and I.  No major vacation for us this year. 

I thought babymoons sounded so stupid when I was pregnant the first time, but there's a tiny part of me that wishes we had gone on one last trip, just the two of us.  It's hard just coordinating a sitter for a dinner date, now, forget a weekend away!

We went to Vegas right before I got pregnant. Scratch that, right before I found out I was pregnant. I was definitely pregnant at the time.

And we just bought a house. We toyed with the idea of another small vacation, but I'd rather decorate before the baby gets here.

No real vacation planned, but we'll probably do some day trips to local attractions that won't be possible for awhile after baby is born.

We went on a vacation and will get one or two more before baby arrives (probably just more weekend trips) but don't call any of them "babymoons".  Same with my son - we vacationed before and after him, didn't really think it was that big a deal to get in one final hurrah before he was born.

DH has work "meetings" on Maui in April.  We were already planning on going.  We just decided not to take the older girls.

I just got my schedule for work, and was lucky that I had a block of days off (I do shift work). So my hubby and I decided to take advantage and are going to Vegas for 4 days in the beginning of March! Can't wait!

I want to take little one to Hawaii within her first year. It's been a year since we were last in Hawaii for my grandpa's funeral. We may plan a weekend getaway for our anniversary a month after baby is born.
