Changes in cycle after a chemical pregnancy

Sadly I had a chemical pregnancy at the end on December. AF came on January 2 :-( My period was really short. It's usually about 4-5 days but this time it was barely 3 days. This is my first cycle since my CP. My cycles are usually long, about 34 days. I never got any EWCM so I have no idea when I O'ed. I usually O around CD 19, but I think I O'ed a week later because I usually get sick around O and I got sick the next week after I would usually O. So now I'm going on 43 days and still noAF and BFN. So I was wondering if anyone else out there had a weird or much longer cycle after their CP? I'm so confused!

I'm sorry for your loss

After my loss I had a long annovulatory cycle, followed by another long cycle with a short LP, followed by a more normal (for me) cycle where i got my BFP that resulted in DS.  I started charting immediately after my loss because I wanted to get a better knowledge of what was happening in my body.  Are you currently charting?

I'm sorry for your loss. Your body is probably trying to regulate itself and that's why AF is late. Temping next cycle would probably help you figure out when you O and that way you will know. I don't have any direct experience with CP but I hope things get back on track soon for you.

It definitely takes time for your body to adjust after a loss.  My post c/p cycle was longer (and O was later) than 'usual' for me.  I am sorry for your loss.

Last cycle was my first after an early m/c..... I ovulated a few days later than normal resulting in cycle that was a few days longer than my norm. I had tons and tons of spotting throughout my entire luteal phase and weird twinges/cramping. Hoping this cycle is normal or at least closer to it. Good luck, be patient with yourself.

I am currently in my first cycle after a chemical, AND not only did I possibly O late but I had my first EWCM... So now I have no cross hairs but I think with the type of CM I had that I did O.. Now I am just waiting on AF to show and hopefully it will show up AFTER my birthday this weekend.
