angel baby would have been 1 soon...

My due date was to be March 2nd...If my baby would have made it he/she would be turning 1. I have a few friends that had babies around the same time and its a little odd to see pics of there almost 1 yr olds on facebook. thinking that would have been me.  But, then I hear my LO laughing or talking and cooing and I remember that he wouldn't be here if my angel baby had made it. 

Ok I am just putting it out there! ;)

    I'm sorry.  Those reminders are hard, but you're absolutely right about your rainbow baby.  ((Big HUGS))

    IMHO it is ok to still wonder about and grieve for what "could have been" while still celebrating what is.  Both of your babies are part of your reality.  I am right there with you though; it's conflicting emotions.  Milestones are so so hard.... <<Hugs>>

    Same here. My due date was March 3. I too have friends w LO's turning 1 in April. It is super weird to think about.

    While I know I am extremely blessed to have both of my DDs I will still always grieve my son. People ask me what it's like to have my rainbow baby and the best way I can explain it is that it doesn't make things "all better", it just complicates the emotions, if that makes any sense.
