Lower Left Back Pain

I just found out I am four weeks pregnant and am ecstatic.  I am however, a worry wart and would love to put my mind at ease.  Today I began to get lower left back pain.  I can feel it when I sit up or stretch. Not sure if this is an UTI (never had one before) or simply pregnancy symptoms.  Is this anything to worry about or is anyone else experience this as well?

From what I've read lower back pain is normal in early pregnancy. I've been having it for the past week, but mines isn't localized to one side. My lower back pain has been central, right around my tailbone.
