Suggestions?

I know that the stretching and pressure I feel in my stomach is completely normal, but does anyone have advice for some relief? It feels so heavy and Im having a hard time catching my breath. I cant find a position to sit, stand or lay in. I know it probably won't go away but I was wondering if anyone knew of anything or if I'm just going to have to suck it up. Sorry if this is a dumb question...ftm lol

  • Laying on your side might be helpful. Prenatal yoga will make everything feel a little more loose. Also, it might sound counterintuitive because you're probably already feeling really stuffed all the time (like all of us), but make sure you drink lots of water. Being dehydrated seems to make everything feel worse.

  • My lower abdominal muscles were killing me for 3 days straight so my husband gave me a little massage with lotion on the sides and it felt so much better.
