Quick Background: I am 31 weeks expecting my second child. I have a daughter who is 18 months and we are now going to have a little boy. For some reason I am having THE most difficult time naming our son when I had no problem with my daughter. So we have it narrowed down to four:
Clark Christopher
Bruce Christopher
Griffin Christopher
Roman Christopher
Our last name is Esaacson (pronouced E-sic-son) and my daughter's name is Lorelei (because of course their names have to go together )
Any thoughts? Comments? Suggestions?
Re: Lurker in desperate need of name help (Also on 3rd Tri board)
All nice names--nothing too crazy on your list, so it's really personal preference.
My favorite is Griffin, followed by Clark. I personally think Roman is a bit trendy and Bruce sounds dated, but to each his own. I also really love Christopher, if you would consider it for a first name.
Griffin is just okay. Not the biggest fan.
Love Clark and love Roman! Those 2 are my faves. GL!
BTW, love Lorelei
Roman is great! Not a fan of Bruce at all.
Also love, love, love your DD name! Its my favorite girl name ever!
Clark Christopher - Clark is a great name, bit of an old-school feel (I think Clark Gable).
Bruce Christopher - not a fan of Bruce.
Griffin Christopher - I like Griffin, it is quite trendy though.
Roman Christopher - Like!
Clark and Roman are my favourites from your list.

They are all nice names. I have to admit a soft spot for Bruce, which is my uncle's name and suited to our Scottish heritage on that side. It has the advantage of being familiar but not popular now. I would probably rank that first, then Roman and Griffin about even, then Clark.
