I hope I can find you all well and positive this week! Please don't be shy in asking the PGAL/PAL ladies questions if you have them. Lots of baby dust on all of you!
Where are you in your TTCAL journey?
Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming?
QOTW: Did your cycles go back to how they use to be after you gave birth, or have they changed?
Where are you in your TTCAL journey? Still bleeding from my recent miscarriage, so I'm back to working with my docs to see what the hell is going on with me before I can officially get the green light to TTC again.
Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming? I have an appointment tomorrow to follow my betas back to zero. I'm hoping that my doctor will have received the results from the slew of tests they gave me last week.
QOTW: Did your cycles go back to how they use to be after you gave birth, or have they changed? For the most part they stayed the same, but I did have one much shorter cycle. My cycles are normally exactly 28 days but one of the cycles since my loss was only 25.
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? Ava, and I'm wondering what the heck is going on with my body. It's possible that I've had two losses completely unrelated to each other or to any one particular issue...that would be my luck. Two "flukes". Fluke is the word I have grown to hate the most recently. I'm just anxious to see what's going on and when we can start trying again. For some reason, I feel like I'm racing against the clock for so many reasons. I wanted so badly to give my son a sibling close in age. I also wanted to have another baby before 35 which is not going to happen now. I'm just so frustrated, sad and angry this week.
QOTW: Did your cycles go back to how they use to be after you gave birth, or have they changed?
I guess they are the same. I came to the realization when I last saw my doctor that I had been on BCP most of my adult life, so I have no real basis for what my natural cycle should be.
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?
Whether or not we will ever have a living sibling for DD. I have been feeling really defeated since my CP in January.
BFP #1 12.24.07 - DD born @ 39w1d on 08.26.08 BFP #2 08.04.11 - DD born still @ 37w3d on 03.25.12
QOTW: Did your cycles go back to how they use to be after you gave birth, or have they changed?
Same length wise. A bit lighter than they used to be and non-painful cramps now. Yay!
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?
What I can do to help in the TTCAL department and how to get DH more on board. He's taking a very laid back attitude about it and I just can't
In memory of Corbin Scott 10/28/11-12/3/11.

Heaven got a little better the day it took you away from me
Missing you tonight, see you again sometime
For now I'll close my eyes and dream of heaven tonight
I'll love you forever
I'll like you for always
Now and Forever
My baby you'll be
Bloodwork on Tues (7DPO) to confirm ovulation. And a consultation with an RE on Friday.
QOTW: Did your cycles go back to how they use to be after you gave birth, or have they changed?
I was on BC (pills, then Nuvaring) for about 10 years before TTC, and my cycles never regulated (that's why I went on clomid). My cycles have been a little more regular since giving birth, but I've also been on meds again for the last 3 cycles.
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?
Missing Julian, and hoping that this will be our month to get pregnant again. And I turn 30 on Sunday...I have mixed feelings about that. Thought I would be celebrating this milestone with my first child in my arms.
Where are you in your TTCAL journey? Just starting. After changing RE's I got the date for my Hysteroscopy today. Hopefully we can start IVF #2 soon after. Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming? Just The Hysteroscopy QOTW: Did your cycles go back to how they use to be after you gave birth, or have they changed? ~~~all welcome~~~
Cycle 2 day 20 of TTA post mc. Waiting for AF so we can start trying again.
Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming?
Next week I have another colposcopy and that is really stressing me out. I also have another consultation with a new MFM Dr. My OB referred again because she thinks we need a better game plan for how to manage TTC and any pregnancy. When I called to make the appt the nurse said that since I had been there in the summer, there wasn't really anything "new" they could tell me. I had to argue her for the appointment.
I also want to get a list of questions and tests I should ask for together before I go. Any suggestions ladies?
QOTW: Did your cycles go back to how they use to be after you gave birth, or have they changed?
Pretty much back to normal, a few shorter and a few longer. They have been a little lighter and really no cramping.
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?
I got the results of the genetic testing from my mc, and it was a trisomy 16. This makes me understand the "reason" for the loss, but also makes me think that the quality of my eggs may not be good.
