Excited over a vacuum!

I'm totally stoked to try out my new vacuum LOL Like I can't go to bed until I have tried it. How ridiculous is that?

I'm the same way with things. I got a new vac about a month ago, and I couldn't get it opened fast enough!

ohhh what kind did you get??? We have been thinking about getting a new vacuum for a while now and probably will before the LO arrives to help keep down the pet hair.

Its called the Eureka AirSpeed Rewind. It has a HEPA filter and according to all the reviews I read...its better than a Dyson! Seriously, hubby needs to hurry up an put it together so I can turn the betch on! I want to hear to hear the lovely sounds of it sucking up all the nasty my old one left behine! LOL

The day I got my Dyson in the mail I made intentional messes just so I could clean them up. Like, poured an entire box of cereal onto the floor kind of mess...

The first thing I did though was vacuum the carpet with my old machine, then immediately vacuum it with the Dyson. It was disgusting how much stuff was still in there.

This post makes me stupidly happy because I came very close to chucking our vacuum out the back door today. H bought the vacuum before me (we are going on 10 years) and it is seriously due for the garbage. I changed the bag today, and it still was useless. I told H that I want a new one before the baby gets here because I want to know that I'm not just putting pretty lines in the carpet when I vacuum. Lol. I will have to check that one out!!

Its partly his fault we had to buy a new one. He decided it was a good idea to vacuum up puke...ummm!? hello? I tried and tried and that smell would not go away!!! Gross!!

I do love my Dyson but I also love my Bissell carpet cleaner bc my son and both dogs randomly puke and poop on things.

Just tried it! I love it! Its loud but its disgusting how much it picked up in a small section of the living room...Like over a quarter of the container was filled with dust and dirt.

I have the shark steam mop, but now with my new floors I want one that will vacuum and steam at the same time. Thinking of getting the new Hoover Floor Mate.
