Acupuncture Question and Intro

Hello Ladies - I wanted to intro because it looks like I'll be joining you! I just got two bfp's this morning and am speechless! DH has MFI and we've been trying since Oct. 2011 - this is our first BFP together. I'm excited to chat with you all. 

Question - I have an acupuncture appt. scheduled this morning (fertility specialist) and she said I can still come in. Does anyone have their own experiences with this? I'm of course a nervous train wreck. :)
Not preventing since Oct. 2011.
Me: All things check out so far DH: MFI (VERY low sperm count, low motility, low morph)
12/24/12 IUI #1 100mg Clomid = BFN
On IUI #2 100mg Clomid = BFP!!!!!!!!! Beta #1: 31, Beta #2: 100, Beta #3: 210, Beta #4: 570, Saw Heartbeat on 2/26/13!

    Congratulations!

    My OB recommended acupuncture for my severe morning sickness.  I have gone twice now and go again later this week.  The acupuncturist told me that she sees quite a few pregnant women for m/s and other things.

    I asked my fertility doc if I could do acupuncture while pregnant (I had planned to save those 9 sessions to prep for IVF).  He gave me the a-OK.  Congrats!!!

    I've continued to go to acupuncture since my BFP and it's really helped with some of my symptoms.  As long as you tell your acupuncturist that you are pregnant it shouldn't be a problem!  (Mine avoided certain spots after my BFP.)
