And, I could not be more excited. We also have a Durango with the 3rd row seat, but with the 2 car seats in the middle row, it would leave my 7 year old hopping that row everytime she needs to get to the back row. Not practical. So, today.. we bought a van. I'm already spoiled with my heated seats and power doors. Safe to say I'm never going back. Soccer moms unite!

I am right there with you!  We bought our mini van last year and I love it!  We got all the bells and whistles for less then an suv/crossover.

I'm actually jealous. I just bought a Mountaineer in September and its fine for now. But there are so many things that are slowly starting to piss me off. Like its really hard to get into easily for me and my small dog, the doors don't open wide enough, the center console is massive and you can't really put anything on the floor when you're in the passenger seat. One plus is it has a DVD player but we can't even use that for now since DD is still RF. Needless to say I'm jealous of your minivan. ::mobile wink face:: lol

We are too and love it super much!  We got a used Honda Odyssey with the DVD entertainment center and it has been so awesome for long vacation rides and such.

Which one did you get?

I want one so badly, but I am trying to hold off.  My car is tiny (Mazda3) and will be a really tight fit for two car seats, but it is doable.  I don't think I can handle two large car payments at one time and DH's car isn't paid off for another 2.5 yrs

We bought a used Mercury Monterey. I worked at a Lincoln Mercury dealer for years. And, I once swore I would NEVER drive a minivan. I always thought they were nice when I worked there, and working in the service department I knew they were pretty good vans. We got an awesome deal and this bad boy is loaded. I feel super spoiled and I realize I've totally been missing out. Lol.

We bought our Sienna in May, and I still absolutely adore it. I can't imagine ever going back to not having sliding doors! We bought it in black to try and maintain some coolness. lol.

Haha, truth be told I hate black vehicles because they are impossible to keep clean. Yet somehow I keep ending up with them. This van is black also, and we picked it up all clean and shiny yesterday. It's pretty. Lol.

We are going to get one as soon as our house sells and we can stop paying rent and a mortgage. I can't wait - my requirement is that it has doors that open automatically and be an american car company. I told DH he can pick from there.

My sister got a Sienna just recently, she has 3 LO's and needed the space. That thing is all pimped out! I drove it on saturday and it handles beautifly! If I could afford one I would get one.

I wish we had a minivan instead of an SUV, but the SUV was so cheap and in such great condition we couldn't pass it up. Maybe when we get to #2 we'll get a minivan.
