Stroller Question

I didn't register for this stroller but received it as a gift and was wondering if anyone has or has used it.  It looks cool but I don't know how I feel about a jogger.  It's called the Baby Trend Expedition ELX Travel System Stoller - Everglade. Here's a link if you want to check it out and tell me what you think:

Re: Stroller Question

  • I have that one. Here's my thought. Get something else. It is SOOOOO heavy I can't get it in and out of the truck. I got a snap and go to go with my car seat. Now that she is bigger, I have the Chicco liteway, I think it's called. We got the Baby Trend for free and we use it as a jogging stroller at home, which is nice, but we don't take it anywhere!

Thank you the first thing that came out of my FIL's mouth when it came to their house was "it's so heavy" but I like it lol  The word heavy turned me off so I am glad you clarified it...This will be my first return

  • I don't have one but my SIL does. it is very heavy and extremely bulky when folded. I couldn't believe how big it is when folded. Its not my favorite stroller but it works for them.

  • This is the one I have too (in purple.)  I agree that it is very heavy and also very big, but I like it quite a bit.  It is very easy to maneuver, and goes up and down curbs easily.  I think you should think about what your needs are.  If you are looking for a stroller than can go off road and maneuvers well, this is a great stroller.  If you're a city person and need to be in and out of the car a lot and in stores and malls and crowded side walks, this is probably not the stroller for you.  I mostly use the moby for trips to stores, and use the stroller when we go for walks or to the park or the cousins' football games, etc.
