Prenatal Yoga DVDs

My sweet sister sent me a gift card to amazon and I was thinking I would buy a prenatal yoga dvd but I have no idea which ones are good/bad/worth it/etc. Does anyone have any recommendations?

    I purchased one for my sister in 2007 called ZenMama with Rainbeau Mars. She never used it. So I asked for it in November to hopefully use it. I've used it once. I was having a very bad back day and used that. There was some good positions for stretching out my back which was good. I dont know if it is still on Amazon or not. I plan on using it more because it was nice to stretch and move.

    Thank you! I've just been having some serious back/hip pain since my fall last week and I've heard rave reviews on the wonders of yoga.

    I do not do yoga regularly...actually I think I could count on one hand how many times I have done yoga (not an excercise person at all) but I really want to get into it more. I am hoping it can help with my siatic problems. Hope it helps yours!
