Baby brain?

I can't remember my PIN number, I seem to think the cupboard is the fridge and the fridge is the cupboard... and I can never remember if I took my prenatal vitamin. I forgot to actually take it yesterday and then I brought it today to work but forgot if I took it or not.. is it bad for baby if I accidentally took two pills in one day?!

    I have no idea on what happens if you take two vitamins, but I wouldn't make a habit of it.

    I suggest getting one of those multi-compartment pill boxes - they make them weekly and monthly. Put a vitamin in each compartment, and then you'll know if you've taken it for one day.

    Or do what I used to do with birth control - make yourself an alarm on your phone to remind you to take it.

    Or leave the bottle on the table so that it's there when you sit down to eat.
